Start each client brief with boundaries

Record the intended audience, offer, claims that need evidence, authorised media and the person responsible for approval. Keep one client’s references separate from another’s. A product launch and an educational service need different creative proof even when both use vertical video.

Project and brand context can structure a content brief. The broader agency-client workflow is a newly recorded requirement, not a generally available agency suite; do not assume released team roles, client portals, invoicing or bulk campaign automation.

Create deliberate alternatives, not duplicate edits

Explore one concept that demonstrates the problem and another that shows the product in use. Change one meaningful creative choice at a time so later comparisons have a clear question. Do not infer that another advertiser’s public clip grants a right to download or reuse it.

For a clinic, educational wording should avoid unsupported treatment promises. For a retailer, verify the demonstrated product and visible details. Human approval must cover the exact finished creative and destination before any publication.

Learn from real campaign evidence

Compare equivalent reporting windows and separate creative observations from platform-delivery effects. Record what was shown, who it was for and which result was actually observed. A small sample may suggest another test, not a winning formula.

A licensed hook library and continuous creative research are planned requirements. They are not released catalogue access, permission to reuse third-party footage or a promise of automatic trend monitoring.
