Approve the whole publishing package
A video alone is not a publishing instruction. Review the exact master, caption, destination account and future time together. A change to the media or destination should prompt a new review rather than borrowing an approval for a different package.
Check the account identity and time zone explicitly. A scheduled local time can differ from the audience location; write the zone with the date and inspect the final displayed time before confirming.
Choose timing from your own evidence
Start with when the intended audience can act on the content. Compare results from similar topics and publication windows, using actual account analytics where authorised connections provide them. There is no universal best posting hour for every brand.
Eilya publishing is designed around official APIs and human approval. Availability depends on integration approval, account connection and production qualification; the guide does not promise automatic publishing to every platform.
Handle an unclear result without duplication
A missing success message does not prove that a publishing request failed. Inspect the saved state and official destination before attempting another publication. Ambiguous final outcomes need reconciliation, not repeated blind submissions.
Questions before you start
Can I schedule before approving the final video?
No. Approve the actual master and its exact metadata, destination and time first.
Does opening a connection page prove the account is connected?
No. The authorised return and saved verified connection state must establish the connection.
